Yes, it was my 2014 S7 that had just shy of 14k miles on it when it was replaced. It would make it turning both ways, but much more noticeable turning left - since yours happens only turning left, could indicate the clutches only on one side are bad. No indication why it failed, but it has happened to others as well.
Your one fault is that the RS6/RS7 do NOT have the came compression ratio at the S6/S7 10:1 (S6) to 9.3:1 (RS7) which is a HUGE difference in the ability to run higher boost pressure and timing without having knock. Of course cooling and other factors have an impact.. but that is the largest.

I am in the UK and came from a C7.5 2.0 TDi Avant (and from a C7.0 2.0TDi Avant before that) to a C8 2.0 TDi Avant. Overall my view is that the C8 is much improved car over the C7 and C7.5. Biggest improvement in driveability is that when the Stop/Strat system cuts in the mild hybrid system keeps essential functions such as the Power Steering
As a 2016 SQ5 owner who test drove a 15 Q5 3.0 S-Line I will say go SQ5, while the HP from the Q5 to the SQ5 can be made up, when you tune the SQ5 it also gains and pulls ahead of the Q5. So in the end the SQ5 with the same mods ends up making more power than the Q5. Congrats on the SQ5.

Eibach is definitely rougher than stock, but not bad. Theres some more vibrations and bumps, but the car is not unbearable by any means. If you have s-line written on the back doors its a true s-line. The reason why your steering wheel is a 4 spoke is because you're missing the sports suspension. Stop saying that, It's bad information. You can have the sport suspension as an option it has nothing to do with the steering wheel.
