I will say this in favor of the 5Ds, the Lightroom profile does tend to favor the 5Ds vs the 5D Mark IV. It just looks better right off the bat. Adobe did a better job with it, IMO. Finally, 20 more megapixels will help ALL of your image with that extra detail. Will the other differences in favor of the 5D Mark IV offset that difference?
The 6D is going to be a better camera body than the 5D MkII because it has a newer sensor. That's it. The other things about it are bling because, from what I can tell, the AF system is not much better and the ISO is about 1 stop better.

EOS 1DX M3, 1DX M2, 1DX, 5DS R, M6 Mark II, 1D M2, EOS 650 (film), many lenses, XF400 video. 1DX II: 3207 20.2 MP 14 fps. 1DX: 2786 18.1 MP 12 fps. 5D IV 2995 30.4 MP 7 fps. The way I see it is, if you need to crop substantially time to time, than the 5D IV. (30.4 MP) If you are mostly into BIF, then 1DX. I don't know why you find it necesarry to constantly attack my knowledgability of video. As stated before I never claimed to have vast knowledge of video and that is the very reason why I'm on the forums. I'm looking into many cameras including the 1Dc as well as other digital video cameras.

I have shot Nikon pro bodies for years, but have wanted the perks of mirrorless, and Nikon has been well behind Sony and now canon..
